Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Navagraha account and all associated data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us. This page is also the account-deletion URL referenced in Navagraha's Play Store Data safety section and App Store privacy details.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Navagraha and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account. There is no recovery period — once confirmed, it cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, or prefer to request deletion without opening the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

Include the email address your account is registered under. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account information (name, email, password hash).
Birth details (date, time, and place of birth).
Your Kundli and all computed astrological data (charts, dasha periods, etc.).
AI Pandit chat history.
Notification preferences and scheduling data.

All of the above is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of deletion (immediately for most data; see the Privacy Policy, "Data Retention"). This does not delete records a payment processor or app store (Apple/Google) keeps for purchases you made — cancel any active subscription separately in the App Store or Play Store subscription settings first if you don't want it to renew.

Retaining your account instead?

If you just want to stop notifications or sign out, you don't need to delete your account — see notification settings in-app, or Profile settings to edit your data instead. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
