By accessing or using the Navagraha application, on the web at app.navagraha.app or as a mobile app (together, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the accompanying End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Navagraha ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not need a physical or digital signature.
Navagraha is for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the App, and by using it you confirm that you are. Accounts are not available to anyone under 18, even with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information, including your own date of birth, and to keep one account for your own use. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data (see the Privacy Policy).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Navagraha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

To access the full features of the App, you create an account with your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Navagraha provides Vedic astrology services, including birth chart (Kundli) computation using precise astronomical calculations based on NASA JPL planetary data, AI-powered astrological insights and conversational guidance ("AI Pandit"), muhurat (auspicious timing) calculations, planetary transit alerts, and text-to-speech / speech-to-text features.
Important disclaimer: the astrological insights, predictions, and guidance provided by Navagraha are for informational, guidance and entertainment purposes only. AI Pandit responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Astrology is a traditional belief system and its predictions are not scientifically proven; we do not guarantee any prediction, outcome or the accuracy of any output. Nothing in the App is medical, legal, financial, psychological, mental-health or religious advice. Do not make important life decisions solely based on the App's outputs, and always consult qualified professionals. If you are in distress, contact Tele-MANAS (14416, free, 24x7) or the emergency number 112.
The accuracy of your chart depends on the birth details you enter; wrong details produce wrong results.
You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as chat messages to the AI Pandit). By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store and transmit it, including to the third-party AI and speech providers described in the Privacy Policy, solely to provide and secure the App. You confirm you have the right to enter any birth details you submit for another person.
Readings and AI Pandit replies are generated for you. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes; they may be similar to replies given to other users, and we make no claim of exclusivity or ownership over your questions. You may report any reply that seems wrong or harmful using the in-app report option.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the App without payment or obligation to you.
Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable; we do not process payments directly. The price, billing period and any taxes are shown in the App and in the store before you buy, in your store's currency; they may differ by country.
Refunds for subscriptions bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store are handled under that store's refund policy and process. Unless the law requires otherwise, we do not give refunds or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, for the time already elapsed, or for AI Pandit questions already used. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to cancel, how to request a refund, and what we do if you are charged twice or Premium does not unlock. Nothing in it limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

All content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, and logos in the App are the exclusive property of Navagraha (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Navagraha name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Navagraha and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of astrological or AI-generated output, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, or for any decision you make or action you take based on the App's outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navagraha, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the App or other users, or if we stop offering the App. We will also close any account that we find belongs to someone under 18 and delete its data (Section 2). You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). Upon termination the license in Section 3 ceases immediately; Sections 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15 and 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you have a problem, please first contact us under Section 16 so we can try to resolve it. If it is not resolved, the competent courts in India at the location of our registered office will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission or any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
For any complaint about the App, your purchase, content in the App, or these Terms, write to our Grievance Officer at support@navagraha.app with the subject "Grievance". We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days (one month) of receipt, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Complaints about personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, for material changes, display a notice within the App and ask you to agree again. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the App; you may delete your account at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navagraha regarding the App.
