By accessing or using the Navagraha application, on the web at app.navagraha.app or as a mobile app (together, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Navagraha ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Navagraha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

To access the full features of the App, you create an account with your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Navagraha provides Vedic astrology services, including birth chart (Kundli) computation using the Swiss Ephemeris, AI-powered astrological insights and conversational guidance ("AI Pandit"), muhurat (auspicious timing) calculations, planetary transit alerts, and text-to-speech / speech-to-text features.
Important disclaimer: the astrological insights, predictions, and guidance provided by Navagraha — including those generated by the AI Pandit — are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious advice. Do not make important life decisions solely based on the App's outputs. Always consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expert guidance.
Where subscriptions are offered through an app store, payment, billing, and cancellation are governed by that store's terms; we do not process payments directly. A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers — you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it does. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as chat messages to the AI Pandit). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the App's services. You agree not to:
All content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, and logos in the App are the exclusive property of Navagraha and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Navagraha name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Navagraha and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navagraha, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature, which permanently removes your data. Upon termination the license in Section 3 ceases immediately; Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, India, conducted in English. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date above and, for material changes, display a notice within the App. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the App; you may delete your account at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navagraha regarding the App.
