The best way to reach us for anything (help with the app, questions about your chart or readings, billing, privacy requests, feedback, bug reports or press) is by email:

support@navagraha.app

To help us answer quickly, please write from the email address your Navagraha account uses and tell us whether you are on the web app, Android or iOS. For a bug, a short description of what you tapped and what you expected to happen is very helpful. Please never send your password.

Common requests

Delete your account: you can do this instantly in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Privacy and your data: for access, correction or deletion requests, email us with the subject "Privacy request". See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Subscriptions and refunds: purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded by Apple or Google. Cancel any time in your store's subscription settings, and email us if something looks wrong.
Report an AI answer: use the report option on any AI Pandit reply in the app, or email us the details.
